Why do we use "][" for the "i" in His?

Because the "][" is symbolic for understanding the local church as a river system.

The local church is similar to a river system. Rivers originate from multiple tributary sources. From those tributaries, a river is formed and begins to deepen and widen more tributaries pour into the river. Finally, the river ends at the river mouth where its water pours into a bigger river, lake or ocean.

The church has those similar parts: tributaries (evangelistic/missional efforts to reach the lost), river bed (spiritual maturity though discipleship), & river mouth (good works that display God's glory in the world).

Tributary ministries look to mulitply the kingdom.

River bed ministries look to mature the church.

River mouth ministries magnify God's glory.
